How to fix Paypal transactions where 12,000 MXN was paid, but showing up in QBO as $12,000 CDN thus can’t match the transaction?

I appreciate you reaching out to the Community. QuickBooks is a great  program which syncs well with payment processors like PayPal. I'd be happy to share more info about using multi-currency is QB Online. 

 

Based on what you've described, it sounds like the currencies are being converted from PayPal when the transactions are syncing with QBO. It's important you've got Multi-currency turned on in QBO and here's an article which shows you how: 

Turn on and use multicurrency.
