How to get the "Complete Secure Transaction" back in the Banking transactions screen?

In order to get the current transactions from the bank feed into QBO, I usually have a "Complete Secure Transaction" button to click to trigger the 2FA for the bank. This button has disappeared. Any ideas why and how to get it back?

Hey there rachel-beyondfoa,

 

Thanks for turning to the QuickBooks Community for support! Being able to verify and secure your bank connections without running into any issues is important. I would be happy to provide some information.

 

Follow these steps bellow :

 

1- Head to the Bookkeeping tab

2- Select Transactions

3- On the Right side of the page, you'll see a small drop down arrow beside Link account, click on the arrow.

4- Click on Manage connections.

 

This will bring you to a page where you can see error code/messages, as well as verify banking information. I hope this helps!
