Picking the right version of QuickBooks for your needs is an important decision to make sure you can save time. I'd be happy to help you with getting your invoices imported into QuickBooks Online.

If the initial transfer from QuickBooks Self Employed to QuickBooks Online you can still import your information over. In order to do this you first need to export your invoices from your Self Employed account by following this article. Once you export the invoices you can import them into your QuickBooks Online account by following the steps in this link. Once they have been properly mapped and imported all your invoices will show up in your QuickBooks Online account.
