Hi there,

Keeping track of customer address information is an important way to stay organized. QuickBooks Online and QuickBooks Desktop are two very different versions of the program, and I can appreciate that you've been a loyal QuickBooks customer and have given both a try. I'll explain how you can find something similar in the Online version.

While QuickBooks Online doesn't have a customer address label feature, there's a really handy report that will provide you with the same information.

Try reviewing the Customer Contact List Report. This report shows you the phone number, email, billing address, and other contact information for each customer. You can filter the report to show the information for one single customer as well.

To find the report, click the Reports tab on the left menu, then search for Customer Contact List. Once you open the report, you can click Customize to bring up your filter options. Next, check off the box next to Customer, and select the customer of choice.

That's all there is to it. You can also print the report by clicking the small printer icon to the right-hand side.

If you have any other questions, or if I haven't quite hit the mark with my response, please reach out to our tech support team.

Cheers.
