How to print PD7A for the whole year?

It's vital that all your payroll information is entered correctly for your employees to be paid the right amount. QuickBooks Online is a great tool able to help you keep track of deductions on payroll runs so you know the amount to remit to the government. I can point you in the right direction to print the PD7A forms.

In order to print out a PD7A form, you can follow the steps in this article. They do need to be printed off individually, so there isn't an option to batch-print all the forms for an entire year. I can see that this would be a feature that you'd like to see to print off multiple forms at a time. I recommend leaving feedback in the system by clicking on the Gear icon, then Feedback. The comments made in that section are taken into consideration when designing new features for QuickBooks Online.
