How to reclassify the disabled transaction lines to another account or ledger?

Welcome to Community!  Reclassifying your transactions is an exceptional feature that minimizes the time when corrections are necessary.  QuickBooks Online Accountant is a dynamic product for all of your accounting needs.  I'd be happy to assist!

Based on the information you've provided, I suggest taking a look in your Chart of Accounts to ensure the associated accounts are active.  Here's how:

1. From the Gear in the top right, select Chart of Accounts

2. Click on the small Gear above the Action column and check the box to Include inactive

3. Return to your Accountant Tools and proceed with reclassifying your transactions
