How to set last Backup Status date and time on my desktop

Welcome to Community!  Backing up your data in QuickBooks Desktop is a great way to restore your data, when issues arise.  I'd be glad to provide more information here!

Although there are some differences between QuickBooks Desktop Canada and U.S., you'll still be able to backup your company file, whether you prefer this to be automatic or manual.  In addition, you can set up reminders.  To see when you last backed up your company file, go to the File menu, then hover over Back up Company.  This will show you the time and date at the top of the menu.  To learn more about backing up your company file, and how to edit your backup settings, click here.
