How to transfer badges earned under previous community email?

Hi All:

Due to login issues with QBOA, I had to create a new account with a new email.  All previous badges earned within the community were lost.  

Is there any way I can have those previous badges that were earned, transferred to this new email address?

This community has been wonderful in helping me through some difficult issues in the past and hope I will be able to be as helpful in the future.

Welcome to Community!  Having your ProAdvisor badges is a great way to enhance your profile and show your expertise.  With QuickBooks Online you can retrieve your badges in just a few steps.  I’d be glad to show you how!

 

1. From the left navigation bar select ProAdvisor

2. Go to the Training tab and look for the certification

3. Select Download Badge from the dropdown beside the appropriate exam

You can upload the badge to your LinkedIn profile.
