How to Use Features and Functions in QuickBooks Online
I recently used the "activities" function on a deposit. The intention was to share some info with another user regarding a specific deposit.
This is the function in the middle of the bottom half of the screen.
I had the option to "Choose a Recipient" then "write a short message about this received payment". I assumed he would receive a notification prompting him to take a look.
He did not receive anything or he does not know where to look and nor do I.
Help please.
