I am a new user accepting an invite, and I have logged in with my e-mail address and created a pass word, but still cant get in

May I know the specific error message you've received when trying to accept the user invitation? This way, I can look into this further and review open investigations on our end.

 

For now, you can try accepting the email invitation through a private window. In most cases, unusual behaviour like this happens due to the stocked cache on the regular browser you're using.

 

You can use either of these keyboard shortcuts to save you time:

 

  • Google Chrome: Ctrl Shift N
  • Safari 11 or newer: ⌘ Shift N
  • Mozilla Firefox: Ctrl Shift P
  • Microsoft Edge: Ctrl Shift P

 

If it works fine, go back to your original browser and clear its cache to start fresh. You can also use another supported and up-to-date browser to narrow down the result.

 

Once you've accepted the invite successfully, you're now ready to explore QuickBooks and track your entries.
