Hi koopmansgc,

 

Welcome to Community!  It's important that you're able to complete your tasks in QuickBooks Online without error.  The code you've mentioned, has been known to appear after migrating from QuickBooks Desktop.  However, to ensure we're able to resolve the issue in a timely fashion, I encourage you to contact us outside of Community.  It would be our pleasure to work with you on a personal level and review the error in more depth, so we can get you back to business as soon as possible!

 

Schedule a Callback or start a Chat: click (?) Help in the upper right in QuickBooks Online > enter "Contact support" > hit Contact Us > provide a brief summary of your situation > hit Let's Talk > choose Get a callback or Start a Chat.
