Question

I am getting an error when trying to sign up for direct debit. It keeps saying my activation code is invalid. What should i do?

I have made it right to connect a bank and then it just won't except the activation code it sends to me.

Schedule a Callback or start a Chat: click (?) Help in the upper right in QuickBooks Online > enter "Contact support" > hit Contact Us > provide a brief summary of your situation > hit Let's Talk > choose Get a callback or Start a Chat.
