Question

I am getting this error message entering employee address. The city, Province, and Postal code don't match. Please make sure the address is correct. address is correct

I hope you're having an awesome weekend so far and a great start to the new year! I"m sorry to hear you have issues with the address I have some things you can try.

First, try googling the address in google maps to ensure it is accurate. Once verified in Google Maps, we can come back into QuickBooks Online and when we enter the address we want to watch out for any weird spacing or special characters. I know sometimes it can be finicky with wording and whatnot also.

Example: Lane we can try LN ln for Road we can try RD etc

This can also possibly be a browser issue so I would try jumping into the incognito Google Chrome window and start from fresh to see if it makes a difference. If it worked in incognito Google Chrome, I would say you may possibly have a cache and cookie cleanup/tidy to do in your browser.
