Question

I am getting transactions showing up in the "unreviewed" section as well as the "reviewed" section. Tried closing and reopening the app. This also happens when I do it on my computer and then open the app. Could maybe be a problem refreshing?

Hello stillsoulcandles,

Welcome to the QuickBooks Community! It sounds to me like you're working with QuickBooks Self-Employed's bank feeds, which is a great and simple-to-use feature for organizing your data. I appreciate you taking the time explain what you're seeing in your account and I'd be happy to guide you with sorting this out.

Checking both the app and browser portals is a great way to determine whether an issue you're seeing is isolated to one device or another. With what you describe, I get the sense that you mean you're seeing the same transactions in the Unreviewed section as well as the Reviewed section, meaning that you've got duplicates to contend with.

When you do have duplicate transactions, the easiest step to take is excluding them from your Unreviewed section if you're certain you've already dealt with them. Here's how you can do that.

  1. Check off the duplicate transactions.
  2. Choose the Exclude symbol from the toolbar that pops up.
  3. Click Apply.

The transaction will now be marked as excluded in your feed. I've pulled up a couple of articles you can use to help you with this process. The first includes helpful suggestions for ensuring that your setup isn't accidentally causing the duplicates in your feed.

That should get you on your way, but don't hesitate if you have more questions about it. I'm here to help. :)
