Question

I am no longer able to manually enter my mileage or change my vehicle since the start of 2022 I get an error saying unable to complete... what's the problem with the app?

I want to help make sure you're able to track mileage manually in your QuickBooks Self-Employed mobile app.

 

For this, you need to make sure the app is up-to-date. If you haven't already, update your phone or tablet to the latest version of Android OS or Apple device. I'm adding a few links to help you with fixing app issues:
