i am not able to generate pdf file, despite running Tool hub a few times. What could probably be the reason?

I have run QBD tool hub over and over and I still cannot print to PDF - I am running Window's 11. I need HELP asap I have T4's to run today and send off via email.

1. Click the Windows key+R

2. Type “optionalfeatures”

3. Find Microsoft XPS Document Writer

4. Check Microsoft XPS Document Writer

5. Hit OK, let Windows run
