I am running into an error when I click Payroll -> Employees . Are others facing the same problem ?

Hi 

 

I tried all that . Seems like there was a QuickBooks back end issue that was resolved this morning.

 

I am looking to understand the root cause and what is being done to prevent it from happening again,
