I am the admin user for some reason it stopped allowing me to print pay cheque and can no not view t4 summary and print it

It's especially important to be able to print pay cheques and view your T4s at this time of the year. I can see how this would impact your workflow and make it more difficult for you to get back to what you love. I'd love to give you a hand with some troubleshooting steps you can take to get to the bottom of this issue.

First and foremost, it's important to give some browser troubleshooting a try. This helps to determine whether your internet browser and the images and files stored in the cache are the root of the problem. The steps below will help resolve it if that's the case:

• Clear your browser cache if you're using a browser
• Clear the app cache if you're using the QuickBooks Online app for Windows or Mac
• Try a browser if you're using the app
• Try a private browser window
• Try another browser type
• Make sure you're using a supported browser and system
• Reset your Internet or try on another computer or device

If those don't quite do the trick and you're still unable to print pay cheques or view T4s, there may be a bigger issue at play. Since you're confident that you're an Admin user, which would give you full access to the Payroll module, it's important to reach out for support outside of the Community to get this sorted out. A payroll expert will collect some sensitive account details that can't be shared in this public forum to take a look in the backend and see what might be causing the problem.
