I am trying to enter product inventory and then I enter the name of the product. It keeps coming up red saying please make a valid entry. Not sure what I'm doing different ,That is invalid.

Can you tell me if you get the same results if you try in a private browser, as sometimes browsing data can accumulate on your system and prevent the software from doing what it is supposed to do. You can open your QuickBooks Online account using a private browser by using these keyboard shortcuts:

• Google Chrome: Ctrl + Shift + N
• Mozilla Firefox: Ctrl + Shift + P
• Microsoft Edge: Ctrl + Shift + P
• Safari: Command + Shift + N
