I am trying to export sales by customer summary. When I export to excel all the values are suddenly $0.00. How do I get my exports to work properly?

Thanks for reaching out here.  I can see how concerning blank values can be when you export your reports form QuickBooks Online.  Rest assured, this is a rather simple fix that will most likely surprise you.  I'd be happy to help!

After exporting your Sales by Customer report, the excel spreadsheet will open in 'protected view'.  Click on 'enable editing'.  You can now see the associated values.
