I am trying to sync my payment processor app (Helcim) but when I click Launch the page that opens is just an error..

Welcome to Community!  I can understand the importance for you to integrate Helcim with QuickBooks Online.  Based on the details you've provided, I suggest launching the app using a private/incognito browser as it helps to bypass most browser issues. If you still get an error message, I highly recommend contacting the Helcim support team so they can investigate the issue and get you back on track as soon as possible.
