I can no longer find the annual form to print an individual t4 in QBO? The option used to be there but now has disappeared ?

It's nice to see you in Community.  Welcome!  Once you've created and filed T4 slips, they're archived. However, QuickBooks Online enables you to download or print them as you see necessary.  I'd be glad to assist!

Follow these steps to review the T4 slips;

1. Navigate to Payroll, then Payroll tax

2. Open the Filings tab

3. Scroll to the bottom and Select Archived forms and filings

4. Choose the necessary form.

5. Click View

6. In the top right, you'll see the options to Download or Print the form.
