I can't export to excel anymore

If you don't see the option to export a quick report to Excel. One possible cause would be browsing data. These temporary files can accumulate in your system and cause errors like missing buttons, or buttons not working. You can resolve errors caused by browsing data by following these steps:

• Clear your browser cache if you're using a browser
• Try a browser if you're using the app
• Try deleting the app from your device, and installing it once more from the app store
• Try a private browser window
• Try another browser type
• Make sure you're using a supported browser and system
• Reset your Internet or try on another computer or device
