I cannot complete the 5th step f the payment dispute process. can anyone help with that?

There are 5 steps in disputing a payment claim. I have done 4 of them, but can't see the fifth.

You can contact our Payments Support team so they can check or review the correct process and confirm whether the fifth step was completed correctly. They have the necessary tools to access your account securely and assist you further.

 

  1. Sign in to your QuickBooks Online company.
  2. Go to the (?) Help.
  3. Select the Assistant tab to get help from the QB assistant, or select the Search tab to enter your question or click Contact Us.
