I cannot find a print button for my payment history under billing and subscriptions/view payment history.

Hi hbpierce,

 

It's vital you're able to print your subscription payments so you can have a physical copy of the payments. Don't worry, I'll be happy to assist you with this so you can get back to doing what you enjoy the most. 

 

QuickBooks is a powerful program which helps you stay ahead with your work. Based on what you've described, I suggest clearing cache and cookies on your browser. Clearing cache and cookies helps clear out most browser issues. You can do this by following the steps in this article: Clear Cache and Cookies.

 

Once you've done, follow the steps below to print your subscription payments: 

  1. Click on the Gear icon.
  2. Select Account and Settings.
  3. Choose the Billing & Subscription tab. 
  4. In the QuickBooks section, click on View payment history
  5. On the Payment History page, select a date range and then click on the printer icon to print.
