Question

I downloaded the apple app for QBO, and when i sign in it is telling me I have an unsupported role... and will be supported in a future update. can anyone help?

I can sign in on the computer no problem. it is just on my apple cell phone that I am wondering if someone can assist.

Welcome to Community!  QuickBooks Online is a superb cloud based accounting program that allows you to get your work done from anywhere.  It's important that you're able to enjoy the benefits of the program from your device without errors that delay your work.  I'll be happy to assist!

 

I recommend clearing the app data by following these steps:

 

For Android - Press the menu at the top right and choose Settings, select Refresh Data and hit Yes.

For iOS - Select the menu at the top right, choose Help & Feedback, then select Refresh Data and Refresh.

 

If the issue persists, uninstall and then reinstall the app to ensure it's up to date.
