I filed Sales Tax to CRA but later found the amount was wrong How do I correct it?

QuickBooks Online provides the option to manage your sales tax payments, to ensure they're recorded accurately.  

If you've paid the correct amount outside of QuickBooks, and just need to make the adjustment in your books, you can delete the payment, by following these steps;

1. Go to Taxes and open the Payments tab.

2. Select Delete from the ▼ dropdown menu in the Action column. 

3. Hit Yes to confirm.

4. Refresh your page.

You're ready to record your sales tax payment.
