I get logged out when I click "View" in Reconciliation Discrepancy Report

There's a problem with QBO right now.

I'm trying to reconcile my chequing account. The discrepancy report alert window appears and I click the "We can help you fix it" link. This opens the Reconciliation Discrepancy Report.

The malfunction happens when I click "View" on any of the lines. It logs me out and takes me back to the sign in screen again. It's happened 5 times in a row, and I've tried clicking on several of the "View" links. Always the same error.

Hope someone can fix it right away.

Hello inkamloops,

Thanks for taking the time to describe what's going on with your Reconciliation Discrepancy Report in QuickBooks Online. As always, it's important to me to get you back to business, and I'm here to help find a resolution to this issue.

Typically when these sorts of things happen, it's related to a browser or app issue. Being a cloud software, QuickBooks's features can sometimes get hung up on things like temporary files in the cache or even the type of browser being used. I've got a number of troubleshooting steps that I recommend for this. Try them out one-by-one and see if they help with this issue of being signed out when clicking View on the discrepancy report.

These kinds of troubleshooting steps can often resolve issues fairly quickly and help us narrow down where the problem is coming from. If you're still having trouble after these, I recommend getting in touch with support to work one-on-one with an agent to resolve this. The agent will also be able to escalate the issue if needed.
