I have 3 companies registered with quick books. How do I change from one to another?

Freedom of use is something that we made sure to include in QuickBooks Online. I can help walk you through how to switch between accounts.

Being able to switch between companies is a great way to help you save time in QuickBooks Online. When you have multiple companies created in your account you can freely switch between them by following these steps.

1. Select Settings ⚙️.
2. Under Profile, select Switch Company.
3. From the list, select the company you want to switch to.

If the companies are all under different accounts you'd need to sign out of you account by clicking the letter icon beside the gear and selecting sign out. Once you sign out you can sign in to the new company.
