I have 5 companies on QB platform & 2 out of these 5 companies have access to Routines 'Quickbooks Labs' feature but this company doesnt, can you please enable this?

When it comes to many of QuickBooks Online's features, the power is in your hands to turn them on or off — that includes QuickBooks Labs. Here's how you can do it in just a few easy steps.

1. When logged into a browser, select the Gear icon in the upper right-hand corner of the account.
2. In the left-most column, choose QuickBooks Labs.
3. Choose the function you want to turn on.
4. Click Done.

The Routines feature through QuickBooks Labs isn't available on our Canadian accounts, but it is available for on US accounts. What I suspect is that 2 of your companies are using QuickBooks Online US accounts while the other three are on Canadian accounts. If you're not sure, our support agents can help clear this up by taking a look at the back-end information for your accounts.
