While the QuickBooks Community is a good avenue of support for some issues, such as how-to questions and some errors, for errors like the one you're seeing, connecting with our phone, chat, or social media support team is best. This is because we'll want to verify a number of details with you, including account details so that we can look at what's happened from the back-end system. The community is a public forum, and, to protect your account information, we cannot exchange those kinds of details here.

Schedule a Callback or start a Chat: click (?)Help in the upper right in QuickBooks Online > type and enter "Contact support" into the QB Assistant > click Contact Us > explain your situation > click Let's Talk > choose Get a callback or Start a Chat.
