Question

I have been getting a banking alert dated Nov 24/23. Saying that Quickbooks is working with the Bank to fix the connection. Anyone else receiving this.

It seems that it is just affecting my credit card transactions.

It's vital for all your transactions to be entered for your books to be well balanced. QuickBooks Online is a great tool able to connect to multiple banks to import transactions. This can save you time with data entry. I can provide some information about bank connection errors.

 

The first step to try to resolve any bank connection errors would be to click on the pencil beside the affected account on the Banking section, then Edit sign-in info. Enter the information that you use to sign into the affected bank's website. Once done, save, then try to force a transaction import by clicking Update.
