Hello shoa-kmtlearning,

Thanks for reaching out to us here. Great job on connecting your bank to QuickBooks. It's important you're able to work with all your transactions so you can get your work done with ease. Rest assured, I'll be happy to assist so you can get back to doing what you love.

To get started, I recommend manually importing your transactions into QuickBooks using the steps in this article that shows you how to: Manually add transactions to accounts in QuickBooks Online. In case you'd like to start over with importing your transactions by deleting the current bank account (this erases all the transactions associated with that banks account), here's an article that shows you how to: Disconnect accounts connected to online banking in QuickBooks Online.

QuickBooks also provides you with the flexibility that allows you to connect your bank account again using the steps in this article here. Keep in mind that QuickBooks downloads transactions up to 90 days. If you'd like to see  transactions that go beyond the 90 days I'd recommend referring back to the article above that shows you how to manually import your transactions into QuickBooks.

Let me know if this info helps. I'll be on standby in case you need anything else.
