I have not logged into Quickbooks this year but logging in now I don't see my bank accounts connected anymore and my previous transactions are gone?

Hello,

Thanks for your reply. 

The issue was I needed to log in to the "self-employed" option where I found my transactions. 

The regular Quickbooks allowed me to also log in but there were no transactions found there.

Welcome to Community!  Missing bank accounts and transactions in QuickBooks Online would definitely have a negative impact on your day.  I would be happy to provide some insight here, so you can get back to business as soon as possible!

 

My first suggestion is to clear cache on your browser, if you haven't done so already.  This will help to improve system performance and web page loading times.  If you experience the same outcome, be sure that you're signed into the correct QuickBooks account.  There are times when customers may create a 'trial' account, or a secondary account, with the same login credentials.  I also recommend logging into your account from a web browser, if you're experiencing this issue from your mobile device.
