I have not received an email with a link to update to Quickbook 2024 yet.

Has anyone received an email with details on how to update to Quickbook Pro desktop version 2024?

I have found myself having to call Intuit for the last 3 years to do this because the emails stopped arriving. These calls end up with an email being sent to me. Last year I was told that now it would update and upgrade.
Updates, including payroll subscription updates (tax tables) have worked for the last year.
But I know QB 2024 is available to download and I believe it is required for July 2024 tax tables, but I don't want do that since I have not received an email with a license and product number for QB 2024 (that would be required if I did it that way). I was expecting it to update to that version automatically.

Was I misinformed last year?

I suspect I will have to call someone.
Is there a number for Canadians to call to assist with this?

Thx.
Steve

Hello Steven_Reardon,

I see that you have reached out on another Community post, and I have replied to you there.

To ensure you have access to all feature updates, I encourage you to upgrade your QuickBooks to the latest release, typically every July.  Otherwise, you won't be able to take advantage of the automatic update feature, including the July Tax table update.

However, at this time, you will need to manually update the payroll tax table.  Please review your email, as the new license would have been sent out in September. If you're not able to locate it, please contact our QuickBooks Desktop specialists at 1-833-317-2226, Mon-Fri: 9am-8pm ET.  They will be able to verify your account in a secure setting and get you back to business as soon possible!

Please don't hesitate to reach back out, if you have any other questions.  We would be happy to help!
