Question

I have paid Worksafe BC via my credit card. I can't seem to post the transaction in QB. It only let's me post to a Bank Account, not a credit card account.

It's vital you're able to post your transactions with ease in QuickBooks. The program is designed to help you save time using the enhanced accounting tools offered in the program. Don't worry, I'll be glad to point you in the right direction so you can experience this benefit. 

 

First, I'd like to start off by troubleshooting this issue to determine if it's a browser-related issue. Clearing cache and cookies is a great way to clean your browser allowing it to work more efficiently. Here's an article that shows you how to do that: How to clear cache and cookies. If this doesn't work, I suggest using a private/incognito window to see if that works instead. Try this out and let me know what happens. Does the credit card account have the same currency as your home currency?
