I have QB payments and need to know how to add Pay Now button to my invoices

Hi Dryvebox,

 

It's nice to see you in Community.  Welcome!  QuickBooks Online Payments is a great way to provide the 'pay now' option on customer invoices, to prevent overdue accounts.  I'd be happy to provide more information here!

 

Once you've completed setting up your QuickBooks Online Payments account, you'll see the available payment methods on the invoices you create.  To ensure the customer can 'pay now', checkmark the box under Online Payments, located at the top of the invoice.  Please note that this option will not be available for customers outside of Canada as noted here.
