I have Quickbooks accountant. I have turned on Projects under account settings, but whenever I try to create a new project it says my access has been changed

Welcome to Community!  QuickBooks Online Project feature is a dynamic way to record and track your transactions for each job.  Having the ability to add projects to your books, is essential.  I would be glad to assist!

QuickBooks Online allows different user roles and access rights.  Only Primary and Company Admin roles, will have access to all areas of the books.  If your access has been changed, you'll need to reach out to the Primary Admin on the account.  They will be able to manage user profiles, and set the access you need to complete daily tasks in the QuickBooks account.
