I have quickbooks online on my PC but have downloaded the quickbooks app on my phone and it tries to make me pay again. Do you have to pay more to have it on your phone?

Hi exquisitefloorin,

 

One of the great things about using QuickBooks Online is that you're able to access it on your computer or mobile device. The good news is you don't have to pay extra to be able to use the app. You'll be able to use your same login credentials to access your data from your mobile device. If you sign up again, it'll create you a separate account through app store billing and your information won't line up.

 

From what you've described, it sounds like you may have clicked Sign Up instead of Sign In once you've opened the downloaded app. Either go back or exit out of the app entirely and go back in to get back to the main screen where you can choose between the two options. Click the sign in option, use your login information, and you'll be able to see your QuickBooks account.
