Question

I have successfully upload my bank transaction in CSV format (confirmed in audit log) however I am unable to see any of bank transactions in my bank account. Where to go?

I have confirmed the transactions do not exist in the "For Review" or "Categorized" or "Excluded" or the bank registry.

Welcome to Community!  I'm pleased to hear that manually uploading your transactions in QuickBooks Online was a success.  I'd be happy to help you locate the transactions, so you can categorize and match them effortlessly!

 

If you don't see the transactions under any of the tabs in the banking feature, I suggest taking a look at another bank account to ensure they've updated the correct one.  I also recommend going to the chart of accounts and taking a look at the Account History for each account, to see if the transactions are there.  In addition, should you have any other QuickBooks Online account, make sure you're signed into the correct company, so your books are accurate.
