Hello pcahwes,

Thanks for taking the time to connect with us here. QuickBooks Online is a powerful program that makes it easy to manage your transactions and I'd be glad to steer you on the right path with finding a lost transaction from your credit card.

Based on what you've described, I see you benefiting by checking the Audit log to see the history of what you've worked on QuickBooks. The Audit Log also tracks user login/logout activity, changes to settings, customers, suppliers, and employees. Here's how to access it in QB Online:

  1. Go to Settings ⚙ and select Audit Log.
  2. Select Filter.
  3. Use the fields on the Filter panel to choose the appropriate UserDate, or Events filter to narrow the results.
  4. Select Apply.
  5. From here, you'll see the entries on your account.

You can use the info you find here as a reference for re-entering any transactions into QuickBooks. I encourage you to give this a try and let me know if you have other questions, I'm here to help you get back on track with your work.
