I keep getting delivery error. Can anyone tell me what i'm doing wrong? I'm using the quickbooks app on my phone.

The Troubleshooting Quick-Start Guide for the QuickBooks Online app has several great steps for you to take when you're experiencing issues running the mobile app. Check it out and try the methods mentioned. I want to bring particular attention to the last step, which is uninstalling and reinstalling the app from your device. This is an almost surefire way of resolving app related problems. All you'll need to do after you reinstall, is re-enter your username and password. All of your data will be waiting for you! 

 

If these steps don't quite do the trick, you can always access QuickBooks Online through the browser on your mobile device. Simply navigate to www.qbo.ca, enter your login credentials and you'll be good to go!
