i keep getting error message also when i try to search in help section, i cant see anything

When you receive a script error when opening up your QuickBooks company file it's due to an issue connecting to your internet explorer browser. If you're having this issue there are a few things you can try such as making sure your internet explorer is fully up to date. Another option is to make sure your QuickBooks is fully up to date as well. Based on the image you provided this is an older version of QuickBooks Desktop that we can not guarantee will work at this point.
