Question

I linked my business credit card account to quickbooks online but it only uploaded transactions from the last 30 days or so, even though I set it to the beginning of 2021

I don't know why this happened, and I don't know how to delete the account in case I want to try again. Is trying again the best thing to do? Is there another way to manually request additional transactions for a set date range once the account is linked?

Hi LB311,

Thanks for taking the time to connect with us here. QuickBooks is a versatile program that makes it easy for you to keep track of your transactions. I'll be happy to provide more info and make sure you're on the right track.

To get started, it's important to note that QuickBooks downloads 90 days worth of transactions. You'll have to manually upload any transactions that go beyond the 90 days. Here's a helpful article that shows you how to:

Manually upload transactions into QuickBooks Online.

I encourage you to go through that article and if you have questions, don't hesitate to reach out to me. I'll be one message away in case you need help with anything else. Have a happy rest of the week!
