Question

I'm getting an error when trying to connect my bank account. 'we could not fetch your accounts from your bank'Is this is a bank issue or a quickbooks issue?

I just set up an new corporation and the bank account was opened a couple of weeks ago.

Try opening your QBO account on any private/incognito browser.

There is no error message or number. I think it may have something to do with a bank account I accidentally connected when setting up quickbooks payments. 

 

I am also trying to remove this bank account, but it just sends me back to the quickbooks home page when I click Manage bank account.  It says the product using this bank account need to be changed. I received one payment via Quickbook payments (a client paid by credit card). I've removed that payment and will re-add it because it was deposited to a bank account I don't want associated with this account.

Schedule a Callback: click (?)Help in the upper right > type and enter "Contact support" into the QB Assistant > click Contact Us > explain your situation > click Let's Talk > choose Get a callback
