I'm trying to connect all my accounts. With HSBC Canada bought out by RBC, I don't see HSBC Canada. Do I wait until RBC takes over before connecting to an RBC account?

It's a pleasure to see you in Community.  Welcome!  QuickBooks Online doesn't connect with HSBC.  For this reason, you won't be able to automatically update your transactions in the usual fashion.  I recommend connecting your accounts after they're transitioned to RBC.  However, you can manually upload your transactions in the interim, so your accounts are up-to-date, and you can reconcile them accordingly.
