Question

I'm trying to get set up with on line payments and despite the Business Number being labelled as optional it won't let me proceed without adding it. Anyone know why?

I’ve checked on my end and I don’t see that the Business Number field is labeled as Optional. I suggest clearing your browser’s cache and cookies to resolve any display or loading issues on the website. You can do so by following the steps in this article: https://community.intuit.com/articles/1771580-how-do-i-clear-my-browser-cache-and-temporary-internet-files.
