Hello userdara-rosove,

QuickBooks Self-Employed is a robust program that allows you to manage your business on the go. It's vital you're able to reap all the great benefits offered by the app. Don't worry, I'm here to help steer you in the right direction.

QB Self-Employed makes it easy to manage your transactions. Based on what you've described, I recommend uploading your transactions using a private/incognito browser window. Here are the steps you'll need to follow:

  1. Click the Profile ⚙ icon and select Imports.
  2. Click on Import older transactions.
  3. Follow the onscreen steps to upload the CSV file. You can do this by opening the file and double-checking.
  4. From here make sure you're selecting the correct CSV file.
  5. Select Import.

Let me know if this helps. If you're getting an error, feel free to share more info in the comments below. In case you need more info on this, check out this article here with more info on how to: Add older transactions to QuickBooks Self-Employed.

Feel free to ask other questions. I've got your back.

Thanks, I re-did it and still no such luck. I tried do it with 4 columns (date, description, debit and credit) and ensured the dates I'm importing don't conflict with any transactions already recorded in my Quickbooks. I also tried uploading a CSV with and without $ signs... nothing is working.

Is there something else???!
