Question

I'm trying to import old transactions and it doesn't work. There are no issues with my CSV file. HELP.

QB Self-Employed makes it easy to manage your transactions. Based on what you've described, I recommend uploading your transactions using a private/incognito browser window. Here are the steps you'll need to follow:

Click the Profile ⚙ icon and select Imports.
Click on Import older transactions.
Follow the onscreen steps to upload the CSV file. You can do this by opening the file and double-checking.
From here make sure you're selecting the correct CSV file.
Select Import.

Thanks, I re-did it and still no such luck. I tried do it with 4 columns (date, description, debit and credit) and ensured the dates I'm importing don't conflict with any transactions already recorded in my Quickbooks. I also tried uploading a CSV with and without $ signs... nothing is working.

Is there something else???!
