I need to change the email for my accountant but the "manage user" option isn't coming up in settings

Hi gdavidge-rocketm,

 

It's important that you're able to access the tools you need to edit the email address for your accountant.  QuickBooks Online provides access for Admin's to add and manage users on the account.  However, if you're the Primary Admin on the account as well as the Accountant, your access will be limited when using the same email address for both user types.  In this situation, I recommend contacting us so we can work with you directly to achieve your goal and get you back to what you love.

 

Schedule a Callback or start a Chat: click Help (?) in the upper right in QuickBooks Online > type and enter "Contact support" into the QB Assistant > click Contact Us > explain your situation > click Let's Talk > choose Get a callback or Start a Chat.
