I need to integrate/sync Receipt Bank with QuickBooks. It was working for a year or more and now they are not sync'd. Can't figure out how to do this?

Glad to hear from you again. Syncing Receipt Bank with QB Online is a great way to streamline you business. I'd be glad to assist you with making that happen. 

To integrate you'll have to log into your Receipt Bank app and follow the steps below:

1. Navigate to the Connections section of the menu
2. Click on Integrations
3. Click ‘Choose Software’

     4. Select QuickBooks Online from the menu.

     5. Follow the on-screen instructions. These will instruct you to log in to your QBO account to complete the integration.

Your Chart of Accounts from QBO will be imported into Receipt Bank and can be found in Categories under the Lists section of the menu.
